This is one of the mailorder exclusives that could be bought through the so-called S.T.A.R.S. program, with the robot points that came on the Transformer packages. As Transformers they were never sold in the stores. In the Netherlands we didn't have such an offer. The only thing we could get with the robot points was the cardboard command center. This Powerdasher is still sealed in it's original factory bag, as it was send in the mail. This is quite rare, especially since the Powerdashers aren't that common.
