When submitting a proposal for a title, writers must include the following information:
Title
Characters (with gender for characters with gender neutral names)
Mental/physical aspects of characters
Type of title (on-going, one-shot, limited series)
If one-shot, then basic plot
If limited series, basic plot 3-5 issues depending on series length
If on-going, 3-5 issue plot summary

Although this is for fun, the MT2099 will be run in an organized manner.  An AEIC will be chosen once there are a few titles up and running.
