When submitting a clearance request please include the following:
Your Terran name
Your Romulan name
Your membership number
Your e-mail
The code you are requesting
Your Commanding Officer's name and e-mail (if applicable)
When you click on SUBMIT CLEARANCE below and e-mail screen will come up. Write the above information. You will receive a response in no less than three weeks.
