Eleven Regulations When Sylia Stingray formed the Knight Sabers, she felt a need for a definitive set of regulations to keep order. Thus, she set up the eleven regulations of the Knight Sabers. The regulations defy all logic so it can only be assumed that Sylia meant for them to be seen as general guidelines and not truly worthy of the death penalty. The regulations are as follows:
2) Do not act upon a personal grudge. 3) Do act upon the mutual consent of all the members. 4) Do not secede from this organization. 5) Members are personally responsible for any damage done to the organization's equipment unless that damage was unavoidable. 6) Do not divulge any information concerning our clients. 7) Do not gather information on your own. The task of intelligence-gathering is to be distributed evenly among all the members. 8) Do keep in contact with the other members regularly. 9) The members do not know each other outside of this organization. 10) Do not get involved with a man. 11) The penalty for violating any of the ten regulations listed aboveis death. Obviously the regulations are woefully unrealistic. Sylia is the only member of the team who makes an honest attempt to follow them, and even she breaks regulation nine on occassion, although aside from that one she is fairly good about following them. Priss has broken almost all of them at least once. Linna should have been killed many times over for breaking regulation ten. Nene has broken quite a few, but is nowhere near as bad as Priss, or even Linna. If they apply to Mackie, he has broken only regulation nine. It must be assumed that Sylia does not intend for herself to follow them strictly because she is the leader and must discuss jobs with Fargo and clients, and keep an eye on the other members. Priss just decided for herself that most of them weren't worth following, as did Linna. Nene seems to love pleasing Sylia so she avoids breaking them except when she must. There are some regulations that none of them will break, proving that even if the regulations are usually disregarded, they do serve a purpose, if only as a reminder about the duties of the team members.
