THE REVEREND SAMUEL PARRIS, MINISTER OF SALEM, FOLLOWS THREE STRANGERS IN THE FOREST BEYOND THE VILLAGE - A FOREST WHICH IS TRADITIONALLY BELIEVES TO BE THE SOURCE OF MUCH EVIL.
