Proposal #17: Instead of making Austria a full member of AIN at this time, instead work on a cooperation treaty between AIN and the INUT alliances (formerly called the BITCH alliance). One country will approach Austria and the INUT alliance. The membership will be kept secret, except for the one country that approaches Austria. This will serve as a trial period for Austria for possible future membership in AIN and give us a chance to observe Austria and his alliance without having to completely invite him into the fold and open us up to the liability.
