Ukraine Denounces English Attacks, Promises Aid to
Scotland
	Kiev, Ukraine (AP)

The Ukranian government has announced a joint naval
blockade (with
assistance from Romania) of Russian ships from exiting
the Black Sea. This
was the first move in an anti-Anglo/Russo Alliance move
made by the Ukranian
government. President Brown has issued a statement
promising aid to the
Scottish government, and denouncing the actions of
English Prime Minister
Daniel Sheffield. Ukraine has also stepped up
recruiting and placed several
units on alert, ready to move at a moment's notice. The
Russian government
has also reported a stepping-up of Ukranian air force
sorties and army
patrols near the Russo-Ukranian boarder. The Ukranian
government seems to be
preparing for an all-out invasion by the Russians.
Both the nations of Moldova and Romania have sent
units into the Ukraine to
aid in the defence against Russia, which now occupies
all of Europe east of
Poland and north of Ukraine.

Benelux Sends Representatives to NEW Life Talks
	Rome, Italy (AP)

The government of Benelux has sent representatives to
the talks taking
place in Rome, Italy, concerning the founding of the
NEW Life alliance in
Europe. Thus far, only Italy, Benelux, and Portugal are
attending the
meetings, but the Italian governmental officials with
whom we have spoken
seem enthusiastic and optimistic that the talks will
soon be expanded to
include many other nations, especially in Southern
Europe.

Benelux Petitions English, Scottish to Act as
Third-Party Neutral in Conflict
	Brussels, Belgium (AP)

The government of Benelux requested that it be allowed
to station troops
along the England-Scotland boarder to act as a
buffering force in the
conflict. The government has also requested permission
from the English
government to investigate the attempted assassination
of the Queen, and has
agreed to operate under strict English conditions if
necessary.

US Offers Equipment to Scotland
	Washington, DC (CNN)

The President of the United States has announced plans
to sell several
squadrons of F-15's to the Scottish government. The
President justified his
decision with the following statement:

"The United States is already deep into the
developement process of the new
F-22H, and the JointStrike aircraft which is due out
(possibly next year)
for all NATO countries. As such, I feel that the
continued implimentation of
such great numbers of F-15s is unwarranted in the
United States; considering
also the constant threat posed to Scotland by her
southerly neighbor,
American interests would be greatly aided by an
American air presense in the
area.
Though we have strategic nuclear submarines already
based in Scotland, we
do not feel that these submarines are going to be
useful in this conflict:
it is not our goal to destroy England; that would
weaken the West too much.
Our goal in this conflict is to restore the boarder
between England and
Scotland, depose PM Sheffield if necessary for peace,
and to help England to
recognize Scotland as an official nation. This is the
first time in history
that one democratic nation has declared war on another
in modern times, and
such actions should be unheard-of in Western European
politics. Again, I
implore the English to step down; we have already
dispatched several troops
which will be soon arriving in Scotland to reinforce
the Scottish positions.
It is obvious that the ENglish people do not want this
war, and we Americans
do not desire one with England. Thus... Prime Minister
Sheffield, you MUST
step down your actions or face dire consequences."

Scotland Issues Official Declaration of War Against
England
	Edinburgh, Scotland (AP)

Amidst almost constant bombing raids by English
planes, the Scottish
government has announced today its intentions of war
with England. Citing
the English aggressions against Scotland, the
government has issued an
official declaration of war against its former ally in
England.

Canada Promises Naval Units to Aid Scottish Cause
	Brussels, Belgium (AP)

The Canadian government has announced the dispatch of
several Canadian
naval vessals to Scottish waters to aid in defending
the nation. Canadian
officials insist that this is not an act of war against
England, but is
rather an act aimed at bringing peace back to the
Commonwealth.

Scotland Forms Scottish Foreign Clanship, Promises
Cheap Oil to Russia
	Edinburgh, Scotland (AP)

First Minister Scott announced today that Scotland
would be accepting
foreign aid in the form of an international brigade of
volunteers, to be
designated the Scottish Foreign Clanship. The Scottish
government hopes that
this will boost their faltering numbers and aid in
preventing the English
from forcing their way into the heart of Scotland.
In a move to persuade the Russians from intervening on
behalf of the
English, the Scottish govenrment has made garuntees of
cheap oil from
Scottish North Sea oil fields. The Russian government
has yet to respond,
but Chinese officials are working hard in Moscow to
convince Russia to back
down from the situation.

English Populous, Welsh, Protest English Military
Action
	London, England (AP)

The English people have come out in massive hordes
today to protest English
military actions against Scotland. Citing the fact that
Scotland has not
been actually proven of supporting terrorist actions,
nor has it officially
split from the Commonwealth of Nations, the English
people, most prominent
among them the Welsh Assembly and several key members
of Parliament, have
demanded that Prime Minister Sheffield withdraw English
troops from Scotland
and repair relations with the Western world before the
conflict spreads to
other nations.
The Queen of England has also refused to sign any
official declarations of
war, making the English invasion solely the brainchild
of Prime Minister
Sheffield, who stands alone with a small minority in
Parliament in favor of
continuing the war.

World Press: Scottish First Minister Releases Press
Statement

"We have the knowledge of right and natural justice on
our side, we will
fight to the last drop of blood we will never surrender
to this aggression
and will reverse this injustice and gain revenge for
all our
innocent murder civilians and fallen hero's. Treachery
like this cannot be
allowed to left unchecked and for one Scotland will
stand squared sholdered
in the face of it."

Poland Begins Annual Wargames
	Warsaw, Poland (AP)

wargames, which comes
at an odd time considering the developements on the
eastern and western
boarders of their nation.

NU Places Air Units at Disposal of Scottish
	Stockholm, Sweden (AP)

The NU has made garuntees of military support of the
Scottish government
against the English incursion. NU planes are already
flying sorties against
English radar and coastal SAM batteries. The rest of
the NU military has
already been placed on full alert, and English military
officials fear of
possible actions to be taken against the English
government.
The Nordic Union has also begun to champion an
international trade embargo
on England, aiming to cut the English down to size
through economic
strangulation. Many nations such as Japan have already
agreed to such
embargos, but the NU hopes to attract more followers in
the future.
