            Invention - New Principle Vertical Axle Windmill
          One of my invention concerns with wind power has been completed.
 I hope it to make contribution to the energy generation of the world. I
 had created the machine and tested in turn round, it worked perfectly.
 I'm going to introduce my invention this paper.
          The significance of my invention is to make windmill more
 economical, more efficiently, more practically and to lower machine cost
 and generating cost, its characteristic as follows:
     1. Succeeded theory and principle verified by real machine.
     2. It is a vertical axle type of windmill different from any
 nowadays wind power.
     3. It make use of lower tower to support the machine and sharply
 reducing the cost of manufacture. Upon a low tower, it can be made huge
 size and any small size for suitable occasion.
     4. Less overturning.
     5. Dynamic power easily to transmit to the ground position, the
 generator and other machine are to be settled on ground level, very
 easily to repair and maintain.
     6. It can be devised as array on a tower.
     7. It need not to track windward, any wind direction acting on made
 The same effect.
     8. Lower wind-speed can be used to generate the machine. It can be
 protected under strong wind.
     9. Easily to fit it and much of the cost of assemble can be reduced,
and its term.
     10. Different from Darrieus type ,my invention need no adding extra
 power, and different from Savonius type, it works more efficiently.
     11. The general cost of a machine would be reduced by the lower
 tower height, and because no windward followed mechanics, ground level
 generator settled, the cost would further reduced, even the convenience
 of repair and maintenance can reduce expense, general cost would be
 reduced up to 40% to nowadays windmill.
     12. It makes use of simply mechanics to form the machine, can be made
 in traditional techniques, without very advanced technique to be used
 .It need not to research blade very hardly to design it to be efficiency
 one.
