Info:

-The HK50 developed by Heckler&Koch is introduced in the
armed forces as G 36, as well as is in the popularity.
-KRK Brigades are equipped at first.
-Mechanism:  Gas-operated, short-stroke piston, locked by
rotating multiple lugs into the barrel extensions
-Rifling: 1 in 178 mm, 6 grooves, right hand twist

The buttstock can folded, the secure-/fire
selection-levers can be operated from both sides, as well the
instep-lever. The weapon is consequently for right - and left-hand-users likewise been suitable.
It owns an optical visor that is laid out to the fight
on 200-600m and over a red-dot-sight.
With it, you can aim without close an eye (advantage for
the target-opinion), up to a distance 200m.
A Night Vision "BIV ZF" can become appropriate.
The BIV (picture-intensifiers/Nightvision)
ZF (target-telescope) can simply be installed it for the
optical visor. It's needs no new adjustment like with
BIV ZF for the G 3.

-The three versions of the Rifle are:
G36
The standard rifle. It has a long foreend and a full length barrel.
G36 K
This is the carbine version.
It has a shorter fore end and a barrel length of only 32 cm
It's designed for special forces and combat vehicle crews
also in use of some law enforcement units.
(today not in use by the german forces!)
MG 36
This one fills the role of a light support weapon.
It is identical in length to the G36.
But the barrel has a heavier profile.
The standard equipment includes a bipod, which also can be fitted to the standard G36. As a magazine a 100-round
Beta "C" drum gives enough ammo for a light fire support
weapon.
The MG36 does not have a quick-change barrel and is not
a true light machinegun.
