The powerful Council holds much powers during the early days of spacefaring.They control trade,finance aid,transportion and sometimes the colonising of certain planets,but recently their powers have weaken,they are now major supporters of Zicon.

| The Head | He is the one in charge of the council overall .He possesses the most powers.So much that some believe he is equal to a Emperor.The currently Head is Juaga,he is believed to be half Zicon.Because he was one of earliest supporters |
| Members | Working with the Head,closely,they made the laws in Council and also the known universe in the early days.Now they seem to hold military powers. |
| Commanders | Loyal workers,they control the military in early days.But they were removed during the First Cause. |
| Rebels | Freedom fighters among the council,view by the Council as pests.................. |
The Story:
In the early days,when humans of Ery travel to space.They encounter superior races(aliens),that dominate their galaxy,they had no choice but to submit.Enter Jao Gung ,he is young boy with a bold vision................................................
Jao Gung works for UETA(United Ery Trading Authority),a group of companies created by his people,to trade with superior races,and also ensure peace.In time,UETA grew in power,it changed it name to,STA(Solar Trading Authority).And Jao Gung now,a young man,leaves behind his homeworld,and travels to the so-called superior races world.Travelling to thier planets he discover they are not as powerful as his people,in fact,their worlds are having even more problems.....................
At his mid-thirty,he formed ISA(Interstellar Agency),a powerful agency which controls many companies in Ery and the other alien races' planets.Fearing him,most of the aliens races submit to his agency control,so in just a couple of years,his agency become a power controlling almost everything in known galaxies of that time....................
At his 60th birthday,he receive news...................
STA resists their controls,and have ally with some of the aliens that wants get rid of this agency.Knowing this,he orders a full scale attacks on the STA and their allies.This started what the later generation would called The First Cause*,in great battle,many lives were lost,among them were Jao's grandsons.............
Depressed,he held over his Agency to his grandson,Lopa,whom changes the Agency to Gung Family Authority.GFA becomes a powerful oragnistation that seem dominate the know galaxies........................
Years passes,Lopa's descendant,Tjya,changes the name to Interstellar Council.He allows aliens within the Council,but he was removed from power by his family.Furious,he joins the aliens to form NSTA(New Solar Trading Authority).NSTA soon become very powerful and soon it become the powerful Inter-galatic Alliance.In early days,Tjya and aliens could finance planets but over the years his money reduced,and his aliens have their reduced too...........................
Yah,grandson of Tjya,asks for supports from Interstellar Council. At first,he refused, but when his people help to win The Second Cause*,they provide them finance supports. In turn for such supports, they must give some controls to Council.....................
