Caleb Temple is one of the central Characters in American Gothic, if fact most of all the strange events revolve around his life.
Caleb is thought to be Luca's Bucks child and Lucas is determined to turn the boy to evil.
Luckily for him he has a guardian angel, his departed sister Meryln who will do anything, and does, to save caleb from evil.
His legal guardian is Gail but she falls for the evil sheriff's charms although resisting herself all the way.
Caleb is only ten years old and is heartbroken at the death of Meryln and does everything he can to be close to her spirit.
