Track Notes

Track No. 1 - Basically the usual �rare/version�, but with a couple of other strange effects Timing: 3� 44�
Track No. 2 & 4 - This is George Martin/Geoff Emerik (& possibly some of the Beatles), playing around with the 4 tracks (vocals, drums, piano, French horn) and coming up with a correct mix. If you are like me and this type of insight into the music production process excites you, then this is a brilliant track. Timing: 2� 51� & 7� 35�
Track No. 3 - A monitor mix of �I Am The Walrus� Not much to say really Timing: 6� 44�
Track No. 5 - As per tracks 2 & 4, but this is even better with the 3 part harmony being panned in and out. If only there was more like this... Timing: 9� 27�
Track No. 6 & 8 - The often copied monitor mix, where Yoko & John are listening to �Sexy Sadie� and Yoko says that she thinks John could do better. Second version has Macca and Lennon discussing the events which the track is based on. Timing: 0� 37� & 2� 41�
Track No. 7 - Same as on Artifacts Box Set Timing 1� 07�
Track No. 9 - A truncated version of �Lady Madonna�, nothing really awe inspiring.Timing: 1� 16�
Track No. 10 - This is the third high light of this disc. A section of �Happiness Is A Warm Gun�, with out the vocals and with different/extra instrumentation. Basically sounds like one of the 8 tracks, played by itself without the other 7 from the tape. This certainly shows how different this track could have been. Timing: 2� 47�
Track No. 12 - 15 - Various version of �I�m So Tired� Again this shows different instrumentation, which sound absolutely brilliant. Last four tracks are basically the same, but due to the frequency at which the tape machine was running at, when the track was recorded, the track sound faster and Lennon�s vocals a lot higher. Timing: Track No. 11 2� 00�. Tracks No.�s 12 - 15 9�06�
