Ok, I know I make fun of Howie a lot, but it's so damn easy. But as proven in the above pic, he's not that bad. Anyone who would try to strangle that irritating little chipmunk child has my approval. It's about time there was an attempt on Aaron Carter's life. So I believe Howie deserves applause, especially for finding someone his own size to pick on.
