To Play as King you must complete the game with all characters including Oscar and Mash

2 Extreme
Bonus track: The following tricks must be completed on any course track. For easier execution, disable the CPU opponents. Perform an easy trick (Square, Triangle) on the first ramp at the beginning of the course. Increase speed, then perform a medium trick (Square, Circle, Triangle) on the second ramp. Finally, perform a hard trick (Square, X, Triangle, Circle) on the third ramp and finish the race. The Japan bonus track willbegin loading.
Perform a special trick with the skateboard by pressing Triangle, X, Square, Circle
Perform a special trick with the snowboard by pressing Triangle, Square, X, Circle
Perform a special trick with the mountain bike by pressing X, Square, Triangle, Circle+X, Circle, Square, Triangle
Perform a special trick with the rollerblades by pressing Circle, Square, X, Triangle
3D Baseball
For a secret sub game press and hold the R1 and Circle buttons while the game is loading. After that, when the CD's start flying across the screen, press Up, Left, Down, and Right. A small character will pop up in the bottom left-hand side of the screen to kindly tell you you've gained access to the cheat. The next time that the game loads, a secret game will appear.
3Extreme
While at the main menu highlight the options selection. Press Left or Right to display the codes screen. The enter one of the following codes.
Lugnut, Geep, Nyub, Bink,,TP, Dominique, Redcar, Whitecar, or Bluecar
A-Train
At the title screen, press L1, L2, R1, and R2, then press Square+Triangle+Start. The map selection screen will be displayed. Now hold L1+L2+R1+R2 and press Circle. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Pause the game and press Left, Right, Up, or Down to gain more money.
Ace Combat
When the game is loading, hold R1 and Circle, then there will be CD's flying in the screen, move up, left, down, and right. When the game loads next time there will be an extra game.
Ace Combat 2
For a Music Test Complete the game with a rank higher than First Lieutenant. A selection for music player mode will appear in the options menu. Any of the 28 music tracks on the game disc may be played. Press L1 or L2 to jump to the next track, R1 or R2 to jump to the previous track, Circle to select a track, Select to toggle the screen, and Square, Triangle, or X to quit.
Complete the Kingpin mission. A "free mission" option that allows any mission to be played will appear at the opening menu.
Complete the game with a rank of General. A new option will allow all aircraft to be viewed.
Hold Square during a replay to lock the camera.
Highlight the "Mission" option on the mission selection screen, and press Select. Three new viewing angles may now be selected,
Press Select at the contoller configuration screen to display the rear view of the controller.
Complete the game under normal difficulty. Play the game again under hard difficulty and reach the low altitude surprise attack mission (Dead End). Locate and destroy the four YF-23As in the special Fox Force Four squadron south of the target. A medal and the XFA-27will be awarded on the debriefing screen.
Actua Ice Hockey
While at the main menu hold Square+Triangle+Circle until a confirmation sound is heard. The Gremlin All Stars and Sheffield Steelers will appear on the team selection screen.
Actua Soccer
Press R2+L2+Select+Up/Left at the title screen. The Gremlin "Dream Team" will be selectable.
Hold Select+Up/Left at the title screen. A superstar player named Crossi will be available for selection.
Actua Soccer 2
Press Left, Right, Square, Circle, Up, Down, Square, Circle at the title screen. A message will appear to confirm correct code entry for the Gremlin 11 Team.
Press Square, Circle, Down, Circle, Up, Right, Square, Left at the title screen. A message will appear to confirm correct code entry for invisible players.
Press Up, Down(2), Right, Square, Square, Circle(2) at the title screen. A message will appear to confirm correct code entry for large players.
Press Circle, Down(2), Square, Up(2), Left, Right at the title screen. A message will appear to confirm correct code entry for small players.
Press Left, Right, Left, Up, Left, Right, Square(2)at the title screen. A message will appear to confirm correct code entry to play with a beachball.
Press Left(2), Square, Right(2), Circle, Up, Down at the title screen. A message will appear to confirm correct code entry for SFA mode.

Actua Soccer 3
While at the team creation screen enter SEXY FOOTBALL as a custom team name. Under "CHT1" Shearer's XXX team will appear for Shearers XXX Team.
While at the team creation screen enter TOP HATS as a custom team name for big head mode.
To unlock 24 more teams enter PREM CLUBS at the team creation screen.
To unlock 24 funny teams enter TFF TEAMS at the team creation screen.
While at the team creation screen enter BREMNERS BOOT as a custom team name for the Leeds United All-Stars Team.
Adidas Power Soccer
Select Arcade and start a game. When the game starts go to Audio and then Commentate and hold SQUARE AND X. You will see 'FEM' to the right - go to it and select it. Now you have Female Commentators.
Advanced VG
Finish the game's story mode with the difficulty set to hard.K1 and K2 will then be selectable in the Vs. mode.
Adventures of Lomax
Press Down + Start while playing. Then hold Up, Triangle, Circle, X, Square. After entering this, a number appears to the left of Lomax. To skip a level, press and hold up, L1, Select and Start.
This mode is only activated when the Level Skip cheat is on. Select the chopper, then press L1 and Square to fly around the levels.
Agent Armstrong
The following location must be found to enable cheat mode. After game play begins, move to the right until reaching a location with a teddy bear. Face the wall and press Circle to jump in that direction.A muted sound will confirm this portion of the code. Move forward and walk in the next room just to the right of this location, which leads down into a small room. Press Circle to access a platform. Use this platform to reach a playroom and activate cheat mode. The following codes may now be enabled.
Press X(4), Triangle, Circle, X, Square on controller two during game play for invicibility.
Press Circle(3), Triangle(2), X(2), Square on controller two during game play for all weapons.
Press Triangle(3), Square(3), X(2), Circle on controller two during game play for level select.

Air Combat
Before the "Now Loading" screen with the bird logo comes up, keep R1+Circle pressed. This will change the "Now Loading" screen to bouncing CD's.To change your plane color.While the bouncing CD's are showing,Up,Down,Left,Right,up,Down,Left,Right,then R1. Watch for a Namco character at the lower left for confirmation.
This code makes your aircraft that you own keep their standard coloring and not the obnoxious AirCombat color scheem. Not an exciting tip but kind of fun... Hold R1+O during the inital "Loading" screen, you should see flying CDRoms instead of the normal screen. While still holding R1+O press U+D+L+R+U+D+L+R then release R1+O and press R1 again. A small jet icon should appear in the lower left hand corner.
Do the code for the bouncing cd's then press and hold right then press start 10 times. Now you can change the wingman's color.
Do the R1 + O trick as above, at the flying CD's press U, L ,D, R. You should see a small dragon in the lower left of the screen. Every time after this, when accessing the disc, it shows a game that no one seems to knowhow to play.
This cheat is for invincibility, as the game starts pause it, then press down,circle,square,square,up,cross and start. You should now be invincible.
On the character select screen press up, L1,triangle, right to play as sweet tooth.
All Weapons and Full Ammo (For NTSC only):At any time, press "Select" to go into the inventory screen.Press "L1, Triangle, R2, L2, L2, R2, Circle, L1" You will hear a sighfrom Lara. Exit from the Inventory screenand enter again, you will get all the guns and ammo.

Alien Trilogy
To access any level in the game type GOLVL at the password entry screen. (EX: GOLVL18 to go to level 18) Once you've entered it, hit accept, then quit, then start game.
For the ultimate cheat code go to the password and type 1gotp1nk8c1dbootson then you will get the cheat, go back to the title screen and there should be cheats, click on it and your there.
