Undead project was born in 1986 thanks to three artists coming from the most different musical extractions, starting soon an original style close to the bay area's thrash metal with underiable personal groove, however. During 1989 the band take a forced pause because of the guitarist's leaving. Only at the beginning of 1996 they can grow a new life, remaking songs forgotten in the drawer too long. Together again, they give new power and more "punch" to their music, enriched by musical influences and personal studies up on their instruments.
Their first demotape "NightScream" proposes a perfect balance between power and melody, improved by a professional recording and an amazing artwork.

Il progetto UNDEAD nasce nell'anno 1986, riunendo tre musicisti dalle origini artistiche più disparate, che subito proponevano un repertorio personale legato al thrash della bay-area ma con spunti estremamente personali. Il 1989 segna la partenza del chitarrista, trasferitosi all'estero per motivi di lavoro. Solo al suo ritorno, all'inizio del 1996, il gruppo riprende vita per la rielaborazione dei brani rimasti fin troppo a lungo nel cassetto.
Il sound della band si rinnova così, arricchito dalle influenze musicali subite e dagli studi personali, compiuti negli anni, sui singoli strumenti.
Il primo demotape, NIGHTSCREAM, propone un perfetto equilibrio tra potenza e melodia, reso vincente da una registrazione ed artwork professionali.
