As you can tell from the new homepage we have changed our name to FUNGUS 2000. There were several factors
contributing to the name change. One was the fact that after several years, as Fungus, with very little
success (none) perhaps a change of name may get us the big break we need. We figure that our name was
the main thing holding us back. Another reason was because Nick was so shit on drums he thought that
it would be easier if he could create the beats electronically. So he purchased a program called 'BEAT
2000'. The program allows for electronic beats to be mixed with various samples, so watch out in the
near future for reworked Fungus classics and possibly a DJ Nick solo album. The final reason for the
name change was that there is a band in Norway who are also called Fungus, they politley sent us an email
informing us of their existance and that their music was better than ours so we have to change our name.
Other than the name change not much has happened for a change. Very little has been done musically
except for the new version of Crave.
