These pages document a small part of Usenet history, archiving the first 2,000 articles posted to rec.music.reggae as received at the Cleveland FreeNet [R.I.P. September 1999] from 21 December 1992 to 25 June 1993. Usenet propagation at CWRU was reliable at the time and while it's possible a few postings never made it there, this collection should be very nearly complete. I do, however, honor requests by authors to remove their posts from the archive.

I cropped blank lines at the bottom of articles and my online editor pruned Path: and other lines more than 255 characters long, but otherwise the posts appear as they originally did--including tests and blanks. (Well, ok, I did compulsively add little separator lines between them.) Unfortunately, the articles aren't threaded, but there's an index of Subject: lines to help with topic searches.
