CrashRyde 2000-2001

After much hard work, we regret to inform you that the band Crashryde is no longer together. Crashryde was started in the fall of 2000 with: Travis Wiseman, Guitar; Paul Coates, Drums; Patrick Cleveland, Vocals, Guitar; and Shane Guild, Bass.

At the begining of this year 2001 shane left Crashryde to pursue his education in Florida. We found Willie Lloyd, to play the Bass Guitar, he put in many countless hours with Crashryde and was a member of our current line up. We love to play music, we love to have a good time, and we wanted our music to be heard by all of you. In any music group, there are problems that arise "behind the scenes." We each had a different vision of what we wanted out of this band, CrashRyde. It simply was not possible to continue any further. We all will continue to play music, perhaps not together, and not as CrashRyde.

I would like to personally thank each and every one of you, for your support, work, time, and open ears. I am truly sorry that I am not able to play with this band anymore. Personally I had hoped to have been able to play a few small gigs with these guys. We were not able to align our individal ideas into a singular vision for this group. We tried as hard as we could to work this out, but were unable to function as one unit. I will not point any fingers, or place any blame, we all agreed to put this behind us. Again, thanks to each and every one of you.
