Angel with the wings of night,
Wrapped around her tightly,
Gazing to the stars above,
She walks alone here nightly,
Standing in the lamplight,
Alone without a friend,
Nothing left to fight for,
Took all that she could stand,
Now she weeps alone and cold for the world that killed her dreams,
God she no longer looks above for,
A phantom now she seems,
Just a lost soul on the corner,
With the moonlight in her eyes...
In the back of my mind,
Shadows black as night,
But look closer at those shadows,
For deep inside is light,
Inside the tourchered soul that lurks,
Behind distorted features,
A good man trys to lift the murk,
To kill the demon creatures,
When you look upon this shadow,
Look not in disgust,
But look with understang,
For he is part of each of us,

The outside of this man,

You deserve a repremand!
For he is only trying to live,
Which is not an easy task,
And he is only trying to love,
And not be judged upon his mask,
So if you see this shadow loom,
Do not flee in haste,
But let him know you understand,
That you care not about his face....
