mIRC is a wonderful chat program that is easy to use, and also very popular. I apologize for any MacIntosh users out there, in order to get IRCLE, you are gonna have to go to the official website, www.ircle.com. Also, all the PC users out there who would like to know more about mIRC than I can tell ya, two great websites available are: www.xcalibre.com, and www.mircx.com.
In an attempt to make the mIRC experience more available to you, not only will you be able to download the program from the websites above, but I have also provided you with the options of the latest versions of mIRC, one for Windows 3.1, and one for Windows 95/98.

I do not use
mIRC nearly as much as I used to, ICQ and AOL Instant Messenger are so
much more convenient, because I can do what I want (homework, watch a movie)
and be notified by sound or visual aid that I have a new message, or that
who I was talking to has written something new.
