The Man in My Dreams-My Soulmate
So many nights I've dreamed of him
and days I've fantasized...
Of a man who's face I've never seen,
yet I've realized....
Somehow he's got a hold of me
he haunts me day & night.
I long to be laying at his side,
this feeling feels so right.
In my dreams I am the one,
who only holds his heart,
His love for me is so immense,
swears we'll never part.
Through lifetimes together, future & past,
our love will always grow.
This feeling inside me grows intense,
my soul mate I soon shall know.
Never have I seen his face,
but can feel him drawing near.
I know he's out there somewhere,
somewhere feeling the same...
The only pain I feel,
is the time I've yet to wait.
Each day draws us closer,
our destiny, our fate.
Interests, we both share alike,
two souls that are at one...
Longing for each other,
dreaming until the dawn
Waking with each other on our minds,
wondering where we are...
What it is we're doing...
how far apart we are.
Only for the time being,
I can love you in my dreams.
Longing to be in your arms,
Never wanting to wake...
