         The Answer.... When you see images of creatures like you in conditions of extreme distress, it makes you think more about:

How fragile we are.
How all of us comprise "we".
How pain must be terrible, no matter who suffers.
How prevalent pain is, and how few seem to look above it toward aspiration.
