For hours about our fears & desires.
We shared tears & laughs.
We clicked you & I
Now I don't know
How do you feel?
Did we really click?
You're best friend & mine,
whose names I shall spare are in the way.
To tell you the truth I like him too,
Not as much, but still,
My best friend has a tale to tell
A tale of a love so true,
A love for you.
I wish I knew what to do,
Take or keep,
Friendship or You?
I thought I could write you,
Which is what we do,
Somehow that just wouldn't do.
A letter explaining everything,
But hey you probably already knew.
My hear is crushed from other guys,
But somehow I knew
you were different.
Would a letter really do?
I doubt it
But I can't talk face to face.
That's were this poem,
This tale comes
Into place.
I hope you catch my drift
Before it takes my heart
And floats away.
