On June 20 th 1999 Hole played at "Heineken Jammin' Festival" in Imola (Italy) in front of 47,000 people. I was there and I can tell you that the Hole's show was terrific . Hole played for 45 minutes ; Courtney was very smart in a white-long dress , and she talked to people several times, asking them to sing the "Italian national anthem" too.
Melissa wore a white t-shirt with "I Love Italia" written on. Eric and Samantha were great too!
The 3-days festival guested other important international bands as : Garbage, Bush, Placebo, Stereophonics, Marilyn Manson, Blur, Skunk Anansie, Goo goo dolls.
