A TRIBUTE TO THE CITY'S
In The City, evil is cautious,
for their enemy is The Tick, and a mighty enemy is he. He always has his
eye on evil, be it a petty thief, or the Evil Midnight Bomber, What Bombs
At Midnight. With the aid of his sidekick Arthur, he always gets his man.
Of course, he can't do it
with just one helper, he has many. Such assistance comes from American
Maid, Der Fledermaus, Sewer Urchin, and the Civic Minded Five. There are
others, of course.
All of these heroes keep The
City clear of crime.
