Congratulations to Tiger Fernandez for having won the Luxemburgian Emergenza contest. Luckily
the jury was voting in favour of an original and modern sounding band. In general the festival
has shown that Luxemburg has to many boring 80ies like sounding music. Good luck to Tiger
Fernandez at the Taubertal Festival in August.

The European Emergenza final band contest is over. Low Density Corporation from Luxemburg
played a good and a very good gig which meant for them an excellent third position in the
final ranking. Deserved winners were Nama Brama from Berlin, followed by The Ouija Problem
from London. Read more about this event at the live review section (Taubertal Openair).

our starting site.

Low Density Corporation have won the Emergenza song contest. They will represent Luxemburg
at the Taubertal Festival in Germany from August 11th to 13th. All bands in the final really
gave their best, with the exception of Still At Large. Their frontman was too drunk to finish
the set. After the gig, the band began to brawl in the backstage. I suppose that this was their
end.

anymore like stamps.

Gauged, the best Noise band from Luxemburg, have unfortunately split up after seven years.
There have been no personal reasons, but a lack of time. Sniff, sniff, what a pity!
- 31.01.1999
It's maybe a bit late to wish you a happy new year? Anyway, during the Carnaval holiday (12th - 21st February),
the review section will be completely updated with drastical changes in its layout. I can already tell that
there will be a new noting scala and there'll be larger pics of the covers.
