Pangloss is a band with a long history in the Masachusetts Punk Scene. Scott Blood and Kevin French
started already playing music over 20 years ago with a band called The Vandalz. After their split, they
didn't meet for 11 long years until they decided to form a new group, joined by two new musicians called
Jeff Blood and Heather Pighetti. The result is an excellent mixture of Post Rock and Punk. The melodic
song structures surely are inspired by the so called Post Rock movement, but the guitars still have
a noisy Punk or even Lo-Fi attitude. The changes of male and female vocals fit well on the different
songs. If you like bands like Guided By Voices, Curve or My Bloody Valentine, Pangloss will be up
