The Love Palace

Love.     It can sweep you off your feet or knock you for a loop, but evryone wants a go at it. From the first teenage crush to the golden wedding anniversary, millions of hearts are caught in love's wide net.

Millions of words have been wriiten on the sudject, too. The Romantics write of souls united, of the flesh all atremble, of the exquisite pain of a brief separation. To love and be loved, that to them is a state of grace and the only basis for a meaningful existence.
While the Romantics view love through the soft glow of a lamp turnied low, the Realists view it by the bright light of day. In matters of the heart, they neither see nor seek perfection; instead, they look love straight in the eye and don not back down.
Somewhere between these two are the Philosophers. By any light, from any angle, they are content to ponder the meaning of this thing called love.
Romantic, Realist or Philosopher - which are you? You can be a Romantic at sixteen or sixty or a Realist your whole life long. You can be all three at different stages of your life. The only constant is love itself - it makes the world go 'round.
