BAND HISTORY
The band was first formed when Batten had just quit another band and was dying to play live again. Batten gathered up some musicians he knew (among them was his brother Coldert) and played a gig in the summer of '97. It was also a way for him to try some songs that hadn't been used in his previous band. That was kind of fun so he and Coldert) decided to record some of the songs, so they engaged the drummer Andurgivo and the guitar player Jonny and cut 18 tracks in 18 hours in April '98. 9 of these are on "They Don't Believe I'm Christ, Do They?".
They are some what scattered around the country and because of that they cannot play as much as they would like to, but whenever Batten and Coldert visit their hometown they try to do a little rehearsing and so on. The other album mentioned will probably be recorded March-April sometime this year.
