Fiocco is Italian for Snowflake. The act is from Belgium. Producers are Jan Vervloet and Enzo Fumarola. On stage they perform together with Ann Loomans, who does vocals and Anja Maesen, a dancer. They had their first chartsuccess with the song Afflitto. The song was number one in the dance charts for 10 weeks and in the sales chart the song reached number 4. The follow-up The Spirit also was a big success. End 1997 German producer Michael Nehrig alias Kosmonova heard the track Afflitto. He was so enthousiastic about this track that he wanted to work together with Fiocco. That resulted in 1998 in the track Celebrate, a remake of Afflitto. But in Belgium Fiocco released other great tracks: Spread The Word Around and Straight Till The End (with Celebrate as a B-side). In Germany The Spirit was released with a new Kosmonova remix, but this track was not a big success in the sales chart there. End 1998 the first Fiocco album was released. Title was Free and it contained 13 great tracks and a remix cd with remixes from Astroline, Kosmonova and Absolom, to name a few. For the club some tracks from this album were put together on The EP under the projectname F.. In 1999 they release is Miss You, with Medusa on vocals and The Music. That same year Jan Vervloet had a smash hit with another project Scoop with the track Drop it. Some tracklistings
