15-year-old Jandie Blackburn sat on the edge of her bed wondering what she should do. She looked over at her alarm clock and read 11:00.
She had just awoken from her best dream ever, She had gotten to meet the Backstreet Boys and had kissed A.J., her fav.
She breathed a sigh of disappointment since she didn't get to finish her dream, and slowly got off her bed. She went over to her mirror and gazed
at her reflection. Her normally perfectly straight waist long blonde hair was in knots, her hourglass figure looked bulky because of the
oversized sweatpants she always wore to sleep in, her beautiful dark brown eyes were still blurry from sleep. Jandie
groaned at her 5'6 frame and sighed, she hated the way she looked but in all, honesty she was one of the prettest girls at her school,
and most guys would have given their right arm to go on a date with her. She walked over to the phone,
picked it up and called her best friend Harmony Bennett. The phone rang three times, after the fourth Harmony picked it up.
" Hello?"
"What took you so long?" Jandie said.
"Sorry Jan, I had to turn down my radio, so whats up?" Harmony asked.
"Nothing, just wondering if you wanted to go to the mall today?"
"Sure! I wasn't going to do anything today but go to cheerleading practice."
"Cool what time do you want to go?"
"How about I pick you up at 12:30?"
"Cool. See you then."
Quickly, Jandie went to her large closet and swung the doors open. She picked up a green halter top with white lining and short shorts, then she found her favorite sandles. She jumped
into the shower washed her hair, shaved her legs, and got out. She dried off, got dressed, and dried her hair. Then, she applied a little make-up and checked her clock.
"Done" she said to herself.
She grabbed her beeper and her cheerleading uniform and went downstairs. Fifteen minutes later Harmony pulled up into Jandie's driveway and honked.
Jandie walked out of her house and locked the door behind her. As soon as she stepped out of the house and the warm summer air hit her, she had a feeling come
over her like something unexpected was going to happen. She shrugged it off and got into Harmony's car.
~CHAPTER TWO~
As Jandie stepped over to Harmony's white mustang convertable, she couldn't help but feel a little envious of her best friend. In Jandie's opinion,
Harmony was beautiful, and almost the exact opposite of herself. Standing about three inches taller than Jandie at 5'9,
Harmony was definate model material, but Harmony would never admit it. She had short brown naturally wavy hair with
blonde streaks. Like Jandie, Harmony also had an hourglass figure, from being on the cheerleading squad and swimming team most of her life.
She also had the most intriguing aqua-marine eyes that would make any guy melt at just one glance. Today Harmony
wore a blue sleeveless belly shirt, that showed off her bellybutton ring perfectly, with a black skirt. As Jandie climbed into the
car her pager went off, she looked down and said "Crap! my mom wants me to pick up my sister at the Riggle's" ( I got this last name from one of my fellow Hanson loving friends so Hi Stephanie!! :)
"I guess we'll have to take her with us" Harmony said a little disapointed. Don't get her wrong Jandie loved her
little sister Melissa, Missy for short, but hated taking her places for one simple reason, she was a twelve year old Zac Hanson loving freak.
Everything she said and did revolved around this boy. Her wardrobe consisted mostly of Hanson shirts, and personally
Jandie felt sorry for him. None the less Jandie and Harmony headed for the Riggle's in silence both throughly pissed
off. when they got to the Riggle's, Missy bounced out of the house, wearing a Hanson shirt and jean shorts. She looked back and
yelled her thanks to Ms. Riggle and walked to the car. Missy had short blonde hair, the same color as Jandie's, and her figure
was much like any other 12 year old, but Missy had inhereted the most beautiful blue eyes from their mother which Jandie wished
that she had inherited. As she got in the car she never stopped talking until they got to the mall. As they stepped into the malls food court,
they all realized how hungry they were. So they all went to McDonalds. While they ate they talked about what stores they all wanted to shop in.
"Hey Jan, lets go to Wet Seal and Contempo Casuals first."Harmony said.
"Sure but then we hit The Body Shop and Gap."Jandie replied.
"Sounds like a plan to me" Harmony said.
Missy then asked "Hey guys do you mind if we stop at Disc Jockey sometime? I want to see if there are any Hanson posters left from the
last time I was here."
"Sure" Harmony answered.
Soon feeling a pair of eyes on her, Jandie looked around, but saw no one watching. Little was she aware
of the pair of baby blue eyes watching her from behind a large plant.
*Authors Note: I know these first few chapters are kinda boring but it gets better....Trust me!*
~CHAPTER THREE~
Taylor Hanson watched this beautiful girl in front of him. Hidden well behind a plant, he studied her intently.
" She has the prettest blonde hair I have ever seen" he thought to himself.
From a distance he couldn't make out the color of her eyes, but he watched her full lips pout when a younger girl said
something. Taylor guessed more like hoped that this beautiful creature was his age. The other girl, obviously
a little older was just as beautiful. Ike would be pleased at his discovery. As if on cue Ike and Zac Hanson showed up.
Since the three were well known, they all sported sunglasses and hats. Zac asked rather loudly "Hey Tay whatcha lookin at?"
Tay turned around rather annoyed, and sushed him then waved both of them over to see what he was looking at.
Ike let out a low whistle "Whoa, they're hot. I wonder who they are, and when did you get such good taste Tay?"
Tay turned to his brother and punched him in the arm.
"If I knew who they were I wouldn't be sitting here staring at them now would I?" Tay said rather sarcastically.
Suddenly the three unknown girls got up and walked away. As soon as they were out of hearing distance
Zac yelled in his best western accent "Lets go get 'em boys!"
As Jandie, Harmony and Missy got up, Jandie still had the strange feeling that someone was watching her,
but since she found no one before she ignored it. First they went into Wet Seal. Jandie and Harmony decided to get
something for Missy that didn't have the name Hanson on it. They went over to the extra small rack and found a
cute black velvet spaggetti strap shirt with tiny flowers along the neckline. They took it over to Missy and Jandie said
"Here you go. Go try this on".
Missy took the shirt into the dressing room with little protest. She loved it when her sister made her up. When she came
out she looked like a different person.
"How do I look, Jandie?" Missy asked.
"You look awesome Missy!" Jandie said.
Harmony quickly agreed, "Zac Hanson would love it!" ( little did she know how right she was ). Jandie ripped
off the tag and took it up to the cash register and paid with her credit card. They put Missy's Hanson shirt in a bag and
walked out of the store. The three Hanson brothers were in a store across the hall and were watching for the
unknown girls to come out. When they did Zac instantly fell in love with the younger one, and Ike and Tay were
still intrigued with the other two. When the boys stepped out of the sporting goods shop, Zac took off his sunglasses to
quickly rub his eyes and said "Somebody pinch me I must be dreaming".
As he put his sunglasses back on a piece of his long blonde hair fell out from underneath his hat and he
quickly tucked it back under. He looked around to see if anyone had noticed, and he spied five girls pointing and wispering.
He quickly turned around and said in a loud whisper "Guys. Quick. Run. SCREAM SQUAD!!!!"
They took off running and ended up hiding in a Victoria's Secret. As they stepped in they all turnned a very interesting shade of red,
but never the less they had to hide, so they ducked under a clothes rack that had robes on it (luckily). The girls that were
chasing them ran by the store, and Ike breathed a sigh of relief, then he suddenly realized something "Oh No!, The
Angels (which is how they reffered to Jandie, Harmony, and Missy)" they had lost them and might never see them again.
Little did they know the girls or angels had seen everything, and were now very curious about who these boys
were.
~CHAPTER FOUR~
"Man who were those guys!? The tall one was hot!" Harmony said.
"I don't know. Why were they wearing sunglasses inside?" Jandie asked.
"Well what are we standing around here for, lets go find them" Harmony said.
They searched the mall throughly for an hour, and Missy kept getting the strange feeling that she had seen those guys before.
She just couldn't place them. Then finally they gave up and walked disapointedly into Disc Jockey. Jandie started looking
around while Harmony was helping her pick out which poster she wanted. Then Jandie looked up and saw the same
three guys they had been looking for earlier walking into the store. The one that looked about her age looked up and saw
her. Jandie quickly looked down embarrassed, and when she looked back up she noticed that they were now moving
slowly towards her. They were still wearing sunglasses and hats. Just then Harmony and Missy came over, Missy had
found the poster she wanted and said, "Hey Jan I'm ready to go now."
Missy turned around not knowing what was going on and ran into the youngest one, bumping heads.
"Ouch" they said at the same time.
Hearing his voice Missy looked confused she slowly lifted up his sunglasses and stared straight into a
pair of caramel colored eyes. Missy took a step back and looked at all three boys.
"OH MY GOD!!" she said right before she fainted.
Jandie and Harmony both knelt down trying unsucessfully to wake Missy up.
"Missy wake up, please wake up."Jandie exclaimed.
"Harmony go get some water" Jandie quickly said.
As Harmony went to go get some water, Jandie looked up at the dumbfounded boys obviously still in shock.
"Could one of you fan her with something?"
The one that looked about her age took off his hat revealing long blonde hair and started fanning. Harmony came
back with a small glass of water and a towel.
"Here you go Jan." Harmony said giving Jandie the towel and water.
Jandie quickly threw the water in Missy's face. Almost immediately, Missy woke up coughing from the water, Jandie
handed her the towel.
"Missy are you ok?" Jandie asked concerned.
"O.K. am I O.K.? Jan I'm better than ok" Missy said.
Missy quickly unrolled the poster she was holding, and both Jandie and Harmony were dumbfounded as Missy
pointed to the poster then to the boys. Jandie looked at the poster then at the boys who had now taken off their hats to
reveal none other than Zac, Isaac, and Taylor Hanson!
Missy was the first to speak.
She got up from her place on the floor, and quickly said "Hi, I'm Melissa but you can call me Missy, everyone does. That is my sister Jandie, and that is Harmony."
"Well I'm sure you already know whwo we are, but I'm Isaac, but you can call me Ike, this is Taylor, and that is Zac."
As they all shook hands Zac asked "So what do you guys want to do?"
"How 'bout we go see a movie?" Tay said.
"Our treat since we caused so much trouble." Ike said.
"Sure." Harmony said, never taking her eyes off Isaac.
"We would love too" Jandie said.
"Cool." Taylor said slowly blushing and looking down at the toe of his shoe, as he got caught in Jandie's gaze.
"She has the most beautiful eyes!" Taylor thought to himself.
"Well then lets go!" Zac said.
