This is a set of Noriko skins for use on ICQ. I have no clue where these originated from, but they are seriously cool! I must find more! For these to work, you must have ICQ Plus installed which only works with ICQ 98 or 99. If you don't have ICQ at all, you can get the latest version at Mirabilis.com.
You do not need to unzip these files. They load into ICQ Plus directly from the zip. Cool, huh? :)
