Dance Planet is currently rehearsing for all of the upcoming shows in Rhode Island and will also be performing a few times this week in California! You can catch DP at The Tuesday Night Cafe' June 7th and they'll be performing with Jeanie Tracy at LA Pride June 11th and at The Glendale Grand Prix Kids Expo with Randi on June 12th!

5.24.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > Dance Planet spent the past weekend dancing in three awesome shows for Rockell and now the Planeteers are getting ready for their trip to RI! Dance Planet is planning some great performances for RI and will be dancing with some of the original DP members at RI Pride June 18th as well as with Gioia Bruno at Fuel on June 19th! The workshop also looks like it's going to be a lot of fun and if you're in the Rhode Island area, listen to 92.3 PRO FM starting this weekend to win your way in! You can also register for the June 17th workshop by e-mailing [email protected].

In other news, CeyJay will be performing live at The Rainbow Room in West Hollywood on May 26th and be sure to check out Sixx rollerdancing in the new iPod commercial! You can also catch Dance Planet performing at The Tuesday Night Cafe' in Los Angeles on June 7th and Derek & Doug will be dancing with dance/pop singer Randi at The Glendale Grand Prix Kids Expo on June 12th.

5.07.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > Doug and Derek are currently rehearsing with Marty Kudelka (choreographer for Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson) and Harry "Jyve" Shum (Beyonce, iPod) for the Millennium Showcase. Doug and Derek will be dancing in pieces choreographed by these choreographers May 15th in North Hollywood at El Portal Theatre.

New Dance Planet t-shirts are available! In addition to the black DP T's, you can now order white shirts with black logos in size medium and baby doll tees. 4.15.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > Happy Tax Day! Dance Planet's Sixx Carter is heading to Atlanta and New York to record new songs and DP's Derek Perry will be spending the next couple of weeks teaching dance classes in Downtown Los Angeles. DP's CeyJay Jumao-as spent last weekend dancing in a video for a hot new artist and Phaze II is holding auditions for their company April 24th.

4.07.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > Dance Planet's Blyss will be teaching at Attitudz Dance Studio in Virginia on April 17th and in May, Dance Planet has more shows planned with Rockell! 3.22.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > Dance Planet will be performing with Rockell on April 3rd at Phoenix Pride! Rockell will be singing some of her biggest hits including "In A Dream", plus her brand new single, "L.O.V.E."! You can also catch DP's CeyJay performing live at The Rainbow Bar in West Hollywood on April 7th and Dance Planet returns to the Tuesday Night Cafe' in Los Angeles on April 19th!

3.16.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > Dance Planet will be dancing this weekend with Gioia Bruno! Gioia will be performing at The Factory in West Hollywood on Friday and at Oasis in Upland, CA on Saturday. She will be including classic songs from her Expose' days as well as new music from her latest CD "Expose This". If you're in the area, don't miss these shows and have a very Happy St. Patrick's Day! You can also catch Dance Planet in Gioia's show Saturday, April 2nd at Camacho's in City Of Industry, CA.

2.28.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > The Planeteers have been having lots of fun lately, recently attending the 47th Annual Grammy Awards and this Wednesday they'll be at UPN's "Road To Stardom With Missy Elliott" live finale in Hollywood. Also, DP's Tammy just shot a promo for Disneyland's 50th Anniversary Celebration and DP's Blyss spent a weekend in Denver teaching masterclasses and choreographing for a dance competition. During the past few weeks, Doug and Derek have been working on the feature films, "War Of The Worlds" and "The Island". Keep checking back for updates 'cause Dance Planet is planning some hot performances for the near future!

1.18.05 DANCE PLANET UPDATE > > > Hope everyone is having an awesome 2005 so far! The Dance Planet members are keeping very busy dancing for various projects. Doug and Derek have recently been working as club dancers in Usher's upcoming movie, "Dying For Dolly" and Tammy just completed work on a series of dance fitness videos. Also, the Destination: Dance Planet DVD has been completed and is available for purchase. Destination: Dance Planet is DP's newest full length show and the brand new DVD features all of the great music and exciting choreography by Derek Perry, Doug Perry, David "Blyss" Ezell, Tammy Yamada, CeyJay Jumao-as, Sixx Carter and Terresa Sauseda.
