-'The Garden of Earthly Delightes', Hieronymus Bosch
|
Inspired by the claustrophobic,
neon saturated techno utopia of neo tokyo, the set of savage gardens first
full stage international tour is an extension of the Japanese Manga feature
Akira. A complex, painted backdrop structured in depth and 3D impact dwarfs
the concert stage. Lit up with bud lighting that defines
the windows and edgings of the skyscapers, the city scape glows in evolving
colour hues. The usage of UV edging defines the neo- apocalyptic look.
On either side of the stage rests the intense glowing gaze
of two giant dragons wrapped around Ninja swords.
