The Story Of

John George Davidson, otherwise known as rebo, was born in 1980 in a hospital in Glasgow, Scotland. He started writing songs at the age of seven after singing in choirs up and down the country as a treble.He had a brief stint in paisley abbey choir where he recorded a cd(admittedly with the rest of the choir)where the conductor decided that he'd smash the whole place up.

His time at school was spent mostly in agony, as being quite slender and a weak wee fuck he couldn't exactly defend himself very well...In fourth year, after singing in metal bands and 60's cover bands for a while, he discovered the guitar for the first time and discovering that he was able to sing and play @ the same time, saw a window of opportunity.

IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE...rebo was born.

He joined equis in 1999 in february and was talked into firing his guitarist whilst under the world's worst hangover.This was to be the first of many shocking and quite mad decisions to be made by him but then again, he was the singer...

so the legacy of equis continues...
