Riffing The Night Away
Riff Beast-Guitar
The mighty riff beast was born 23/1/81 and was in his first band at the age of sixteen, playing barre chords for the Kingmaker...a far cry from the solo on You Don't Need Me.
Bespectacled as ever, the riff beast moves in mysterious ways...his jackson has a bit missing off the headstock and he has the ability to lose the rag at a moment's notice.he plays a really minking second hand eggle and a jackson pro.this allows him to play at frightening speeds for long periods of time. VERY VERY long periods of time.
His ideas are manifold when in a recording situation and the solo on Some mother's son is a perfect example.Ian is adamant that things get done his way sometimes, but i guess that we can all be like that occasionally.
He said to us once that this is the only life we have so why waste it?equis is eomthing that r.b. lives for and it shouldn't be any other way.
