Everyone has to start somewhere. Shu Jun chose to do it with this fantastic album.
Wei Yang GeThis is one of his best. It is a song about reminiscing about your past...when you were still in school. Searching for your lost emotions...the very feelings you had when you were still back in school. More importantly. it's about finishing what you did not complete. It's a song which I can easily relate to(even though I'm still suffering in school!). Friends, school, books, relationships, aspirations.....how I wished I kept in touch with all those that had meant something to me back then. That's what the song makes me feel. The overall mood is a slow, sensual one...it then develops into a powerful outburst of feelings...that's the Shu Jun style.
Bu Yao Zhi Ying Wei Ta Qing Wen
Le Ni
This is more about relationship. Tells us that love is not because he was the
first to kiss you, not because you had been with him for a long time or..........Love
should be because of Love itself. Simple and true. Again the classical Shu
Jun style is strongly evident.
A sequel that betters the first. This album explores his talents to an even higher level
as it brings us more superb songs. Definitely an album with the most outstanding lyrics
ever!
NiOne of my favorite. This one is about someone whom you knew so well changing ...becoming more materialistic...more and more concerned with nothing but "matters of consequences"..:).
Lian Ai Zhen Hou Qun
This is my first love. The song. Describes love...the pursue
...hankering and the aftermath of falling in love. Great song. Shu Jun shows off his song
writing powess here.
San Gui Jiu Kou
Very unique song indeed. Starts of talking about a monk who
is going around Taiwan kneeing at every 3 steps he takes. Then the song shifts to the 1st
person narrative and explores the emotions and thoughts of that monk.
Shang Xin Xiao Zhen
This is a beautifully delivered song ready to explode with
emotions. Explores the inner sadness of a person who is has lost everything...his friends,
his enemies, his lover...even himself.
In terms of the most number of nice songs...this has got to be the most outstanding album of Shu Jun (excluding compilations of course!) My first Shu Jun album. Good Stuff.
Wei Lai De Jie TouI love this song. Another favorite. I'm still in the process of deciphering the true meaning of this song. But like I said, Shu Jun's powess is in the fact that you do not need to fully understand the lyrics to feel the emotions the song was written to deliver.
Bu Yao Bian Lao
Talks about growing old. How I wish all those whom I love will stay young too! At
heart....and in soul (er...and physically too). Nice melody!
Mei Yun Ah ! Mei Yun
Nice and slow...easy listening coupled with desperate emotions. What a great mix.
Ting Bu Dong De Hua
Truly meaningful song....talks about how society is embedded with false assumptions.....a
lesson to learn perhaps??
Zui Wu
Enchanting melody....er...another song I'm in the midst of deciphering
Shao Nian Kuang Xiang Qu
Youth power!! Just another typical egoistic young man having big dreams....well....or
maybe he's just talking about me.

Shi Fo Zhen Xin Ru WoThe fantastic combination of great meaningful lyrics and the ingredients of a successful pop song blended into an unsurpassed romantic classic. The Shu Jun classic.
