Our Songs:
We set aside a certain amount of time at each practice to write our own material. I have not included the unfinished songs that we have, only the songs that are 100% done. Here is a list and description of each of our songs.
Baker's Dozen: Jacob told me, Rod Dixon, that he wanted a song that was about something that really made me angry. So, I wrote this song about a girl who I couldn't stand and thus our first song was born.
SunsetMan: Jacob and Josh wrote this song while sitting in Jacob's car one day. It's about a man who feels trapped by the rules that make up the world he lives in.
False Assumptions Killed Empathy: Jacob, Tony, and I, sat around one day trying to write a song about the people we knew that were total fakes, this is what we came up with. It's angry and bitter, like all our other songs. |
