TROUBLE SHOOTING
Unfortunately there are lots of things that can go
wrong. Below you see listed the most occurring problems;
Problem 1: While downloading, some weird characters appear
on your screen.
Solution: Try again, but this time hold down the 'shift key' while you click on the link.
It will open the 'save file' window.
Problem 2: You get the message: "404 Not Found".
Solution: Bad luck, you clicked on a dead link. E-mail me as soon as possible, then I'll remove
the link.
Problem 3: The mp3 file is saved as an .exe or .cab file.
Solution: Just rename the file to .mp3
Problem 4: Your mp3 file sounds like if you're listening to
it under water.
Solution: Download Uncook
95 to 'uncook' your mp3 file. It should fix the mp3 file.
Problem 5: You get the message: "Server is not
responding".
Solution: It seems there are too many people connected to that site, try again a little
later.
