Rachel's family consists of her father Michael, Mother Linda and her two brothers, Jason and Lee. She also used to have a pet dog called Rocky. Her best friend is Michelle whom she has known for years. Rachel is also the only one of the S Club members to own a car so she has the job of driving the rest of the group around!
Rachel enjoys listening to Christina Aguilera and George Michael. She also likes the movies Pretty Woman and The Shawshank Redemption. She enjoys tucking into her favourite meal- Chinese duck,pancakes and Seaweed and also enjoys Italian food, but absolutely hates Smoked Salmon and prawns! Rachel's favourite colour is violet. She also says if it was not for S Club 7 she might of gone into work in the fashion industry, which is were she worked before being discovered for the role in S Club 7. She has also been involved in the modeling scene. She was selected out of 5000 other hopefuls in a competition organised by just 17 magazine. Well definately the "Victoria Beckham" of the S Club 7. In my opinion the "Model" of the S Club 7 with the finest looks- what a babe! Singing and dancing are good, but the no.8 track on the album "I Really Miss You" with Rachel on lead vocals shows a stunning voice-perhaps she should lead more often in the vocal department. Acting is also good, but perhaps less of the "bimbo" stereotyping (concerned only a bout makeup...)in Miami 7. A girl can look good and have brains ya know- As you can see Rachels got the lot!-Researcher's Opinion
Rachel has got to be one of the most popular group members and I can see why,(Jo is more my stlye however!)but I really do think that Rachel should be pushed more as a lead singer as she is also a great singer but she doesn't seem quite as prominent as some of the other members.I think her acting is great and she portrays her character perfectly but once again I must say that I don't think they should be concentrating so much on the TV series but more on the singing and producing of songs. I am not saying that they can't act for one minute as they are all very talented individuals but I just feel that the group are almost wasting their energy's following this path.Webmaster's Opinion | |||||||||||||
