1: Click on the file you want to view/save
2: If a window comes up with the options of Browse, Ok, click ok
3: If a window comes up with options of saving file, pick app. open file, etc.
click on either open file or save file
4: If another window comes up with a security warning and the options of opening the file
or saving it click your choice
5: If you click on save file, choose on the save as menu where you want to save the file
on your computer
6: If you open it a saving menu will load and then a winzip menu will pop up
7: Click your preferences (if any) then click the next button
8: Either select different folder or click unzip now
9: After file is unzipped open it and view it
10: Follow same procedures if you saved it, just on the disk or program you saved it on
