August And Everything After CD

This first album is the better album in my opinion. While the second one is more guitar driven, this one keeps the soft depressing mood that first made me notice the Counting Crows my freshman year of high school. The fifth track on the album (Anna Begins-which is also my favorite Crows song of all time for several reasons) is the song that started me writing on my own. I didn't start writing to become famous (which is good because I never will) but more to sort out all the experiences and feelings I went through in my adolescence. Now you might ask yourself, why would I take the time to put up a web page with the lyrics to the album songs, when most of the people who care most likely already have the album? Well I have inserted a lot (of course not all) of the alternate lyrics from live versions of songs that I have seen performed live, or have on CD or tape. If anyone finds any lyrics not listed here, or finds any corrections that need to be made, I would appreciate hearing from you. I did my best to make sure that everything here is 100% without error, but after all, I'm only human. Thanks for visiting my page.
