Kai Hansen: Kai Hansen is a musician idol for me, hes formed one of my favorite bands of the 90s....Gamma Ray, and has some of the best songwriting skills around. Kai left Helloween in late 1988 because the long touring wasn;t for him and he was not getting along with the record labels and managements at the time as well. Also the direction he wanted to go was different from what the band wanted to do. Now hes friends with Helloween and a lot of the bullshit has stopped. Kai has played on a few Blind Guardian albums, and Michael Kiske's "Instant Clarity album! Not much else can really describe Kai, except that hes a good guy making good music and having an impact on many people. Hes probably the most known individual when it comes to German metal.
