Distorted Second guitar basically repeats the following
during the verse:

        D5 /  D5/F  D5  /  D5/F  D5  C5  D5
        D5 /  D5/F  D5  /  D5/F  D5  G   A

The G and the A could probably be left out and you could just repeat
the first line over and over, and noone's really gonna notice.

For the chorus, repeat (including the beginning C (may be a
C5 if you can't be bothered) when repeating):

   C   G      F               G       Bb        
        Pure Massacre!!         Pure Massacre!!

        D5 /  D5/F  D5  /  D5/F  D5  C5  D5

The lead out of the chorus takes you 
straight back into the verse chords.

There is an interlude:
