I. The History and Legacy of Doctor Charles Breem
Chapter 1:The Begining
Based on Doc's accounts, he was born anytime in the period between 1450 and 1930(the former date is a loose estimate where the latter quite firm due to his age one would percive.)It is quite certain that Doc was born in either the Bronx or Brooklyin in New York City, although by one of his own accounts, he watched the happenings at Bethlehem Steel in Lackawanna as a kid. Well, let's assume it was NYC(otherwise many of the stories would be false---imagine that!!)As a young boy, Doc lived in the rough neighborhoods. There have been unconfimed reports that he took dance, music and self-defense lessons. It is appearent from his stories that he was an accomplished street-fighter, winning many a draw using the old fisticuffs or occasionally a "blade." He was bright in school, starting at the age 3(confirmed by DOC) and was in "advanced classes." The same bullies that exist today existed in Doc's day and he was quick to defend his lunch money by "sticking kids who came after me." Doc was to work early, like most kids, by mowing the lawns of his Mofia neighbors such as John Gotti, et. all.
Chapter 2:Doc Hits His Teens
For most, the teenage years are highly exciting. However, for Doc, his teenage years seem stagnant compared to the rest of his life. No much is known about this period in Doc's life. We do know that he finished his elementary schooling with great success and then enrolled at Massapequa High School in Lonk Iland(coincidentally, the same school Jerry Seinfeld attended). There we know he was active in some sports, specifically swimming(see stories.) Also, he kept his "Bad Boy" image thought his high school years(see stories.)
Chapter 3:Doc On Campus
The average Doc admirer is quite confused with the next period in the life of Doc. It is known that Doc did immeadity enter MIT after high school(again see stories.)What exacty Doc studied at MIT is unknown, but it was most likely in the area of chemical physics. Presumably, he achived his masters at MIT. What followed next is unknown. Doc has stated officially that he attened University at Buffalo(which most likely lead to his position at the highly renouned St.Joe's.) However, this would void the most exciting and interesting years of Doc's life. HMMMMM.Well, again, let's assume that he attended UB later in his career and we can move on.
Chapter 4:High Times
This period in Doc's being is the most thrilling for Doc enthusiasts. Following his "college years," Doc joined the armed service. There he learned the propper technique to kill a man and proper arms use(see stories. We assume he was quickly promoted through the ranks, although we are not sure what extent his combat service was. He has publicly stated that he joined the CIA and began counter-intelligence for the U.S. Following his service to the nation, he then entered into the field of defence contracting. His most prominent position was products design for MacMillian Aerospace. He is credited with assisting the design of the Luner Lander/Rover and several military aircraft. He then moved on to more diverse areas of product design such as personally inventing cellophane.
Chapter 5:Doc Reinvents Science
After exciting years in the defense industry and establishing himself in all parts of industry and science, Doc decided to cool things down and go back to his roots:science. Doc can be quoted in saying he, himself, has discovered 3 natural principles that are in wide use in the scientific community(but that's a far stretch from Newton and Einstein who were far ahead with 6 a piece). Doc found himself a home in the great metropolis of Buffalo!!He landed himself a job teaching physics and electronics at the prestegious boys school St.Joe's. Although untill that time, he had only been known as Mr. Charles Breem to the rest of the world. It seems that Doc got his doctorate from UB, circa 1964.?? So, with a steady job and his doctorate under his belt, he could now find time for hobbies. He had always enjoyed electronics. However, Doc is a tycoon. He's already made millions from all his previous projects, he just had to turn his hobby into buisness. He started his own audio/visual company and has worked with hundereds in the music and film buisness(see stories and his resume for a list. In his assumed 60's, Doc now owns an entire block of the East Side of Buffalo and mingles with high society while apart from his true love, St. Joes.
I hope this brief history of Doc Breem has lead you to a greater understanding of this truly great man. I also hope I have not left you too confused by my account. If you have used this site to it's fullest, by the stories, resume and witty comments, you can achive a good picture of whom we at St.Joe's love and call "DOC."
Enjoy, William Capen
