The Next Day
Smack. Riah was awakened by getting a pillow in the face. She looked up at her assailant and glared
"You must've been..... having some..... pretty..... k..kinky dreams...... about Nick ....t..to... be so deeply involved in them.......... that even.....my alarm clock......... d.....didn't wake ya." Jay squeaked out in between laughs
Riah glared at her for 3 more seconds before she couldn't hold it in anymore. She bust out laughing right along with Jay. She kept going until her sides hurt, hitting Jay with her own pillow somewhere along the line before speaking. "Jay....Let's go eat."
With this Jay bolted upright...eating...her favorite activity. Well maybe not favorite but a close second. Her favorite activity was just slightly more physical. The two girls quickly got up and bolted down stairs.
They entered the kitchen to find Jay's mother making breakfast for everyone.
"Wow, Mom, smells fantastic!" They said in unison.
"Thanks girls, I try" Jay's mother responded happily
The girls procceded to the living room where Jay's brother was sprawled across the sofa comfortably, his legs covered in a purple fliece blanket the color of Barney (Author's Note He's a childrens show character..I'll send a pic if you need it). He looked up briefly and smiled falsley
"Hello, Riah" He drawled slowly with mock sweetness. "And how are you today"
"Oh just dandy, Matt" Riah sighed. *Why must we always go through this?* She thought. Everytime Riah saw Matt for as long as she could remember he'd always layed it on thick like that, he did it to everybody. She just tolerated it for the most part. On occasion however she was known to get into a fight with him, physical and otherwise, like he was her own brother, not her best friend's.
"That's good" He replied, exageratedley, without smiling, then turned his attenetion back to the cartoons on the television and laughed when Wyle E. Coyote fell off the same cliff he'd been plummeting from for 50 years.
"Soup's on!" Jay's mom called. Riah laughed at what happened next. Matt bolted from the sofa throwing 'Barney' to the ground causing Jay, who was also moving very quickly, to catch her feet in 'him' and fall on her face. Matt looked back, then kept on walking, laughing quietly to himself the whole way. Riah laughing rather loudly moved to help Jay up. Jay herself was laughing hystericaly.
"Let's go eat before you kill yourself" Riah quipped, calming down slightly
"Good idea" Jay responded, still laughing

Smack Brian cringed as a forkful of scrambled eggs hit him in the forehead and slid down his face. He looked across the table at his assailant and glared.
"Yo Frick...you..must...have been....having...some seriously...k..kinky...thoughts...about Jayne...to not...e..even...notice..the first thing...I...hucked at ...y..ya!" Nick squeaked while attempting to supress fits of laughter.
Brian looked down at his plate as the eggs dropped off his face on to it and sure enough there was a piece of Nick's toast resting on his hashbrowns that he surmised must've been the first thing to hit him. He glared at Nick for another 3 seconds before bursting into a fit of laughter himself. "Frack...let's go get ready." He ordered his young friend while still laughing. Getting up he threw Nick's bit of toast back at him and wiped the egg off his face.
Kevin, A.J, and Howie exchanged looks that were a blend of amusement and annoyance as they left.
"So does anyone know who Jayne is?" A.J. mischeviously asked his bandmates.
"Well, apparently" Kevin talked through a mouthful of food "She's Mariah's best friend. She and Rok spent the evening together at an amusement park yesterday"
"So....that's why he was out until 2 am" Howie smiled
"Yeah.... tell ya what....I give it till the end of the day before they get together...same for Mariah and Nicky boy." A.J. leaned forward awaiting any challengers
"Buddy...you're on. There is no way Frick and Frack would let themselves fall for someone on tour" Kevin stated swallowing another bite of food then, held out his right hand to make it official "100 bucks sound about right?"
"I'm with 'The Freight' on this one" Howie stated placing his hand on Kevin's "100 bucks"
"Mind if I get in on this one cos I gotta go wit D and Train here?" Asked their head bodyguard Lonnie while the other guards nodded in silent agreement
"By all means" A.J smiled...he could see the cash now.
"Great" the guards said in unison. "100 bucks a piece"Lonnie grinned as they all placed their hands on Kevin and Howie's.
"Well then...You're all on!" A.J rubbed his hands together excitedly "100 bones it is" he paused "Double or nothin'" Then placed his hand atop Kevin's, Howie's, and his entire security team's
"It's a bet" They all said while eyeing each other with amusment

"So what did you guys do after we went to the park?" Brian inquired, curiously.
"Well to make a long, boring story short...we played Final Fantasy until you got back and drove her to Jayne's house" Nick sighed "I considered puttin' the moves on her....then I started thinking again". The thing that had banished the thought of hitting on Riah was the fact that he would be leaving in 2 days, this was not the time to gat into a relationship and the thought of a one night stand with her bothered him. He thought she deserved better.
"So to get to what I really want to know..... you did not end up mackin' with her. Correct?" Brian looked intently at Nick in the mirror while concentrating on the task he was trying to accomplish. Talking at the speed of light and shaving the area above his lip without injury at the same time.
"Naw" Nick sounded like a whining child "When I say nothing happened I mean Nothing" He stated frowning
"Wow, I think we'd better call the Guiness people!!" Brian quipped "The Great Kaos, decendant of Don Juan DeMarco and Cassanova, got through 5 hours with a chick and didn't have sex with her!!" He thought for a moment "Ya know Frack...I'm kinda proud" Brian concluded, wiping an inexistant tear from his eye.
"Hah, I ain't that bad!" Nick replied indignantly.
"Since when?"
"Since forever."
"Woah...slow down..you don't mean to tell me that all those times you made me stay with one of the other fellas while you were in here with some chick you met on the street that very day....Nothing happened?"
"Well...not nothing...I've been naked with most of them....Done things I don't care to repeat with a few of them...They all spent the night as you well know.....However...."Nick trailed off
"So you're still a virgin Frack?" Brian tried to suppress a laugh.
"Technically, yes.....Let us never speak of this again" Nick pulled his Fubu shirt over his head, put his Nike cap on backwards and left the room.
Brian smirked, put on his Wildcats cap and followed if only the other guys knew. Nick might never hear the end of it.
