How they got started
The Moffatts has always wanted to sing. But in the beginning, they were to small for a popstarcareer.
- When you was young you didnīt understood that. We were only singing and writing songs because we thought it was fun!, they says.
The recemblances to Hanson is pretty obvious.
- But we have been singing for eleven years, we have not started this group because of Hanson, says the drummer Bob, whoīs one of the triplets. But of course, we think that Hanson are good!
The guys has been releasing three country albums, and they have sold pretty good in the United States.
- We have left the countrymusic now. Now weīre playing pop/rock - and itīs going to be even more rock in the future!
The Moffatts are already big stars in Germany. With the new album, the guys are gonna be discovered in the rest of Europe. Their first single is "Iīll be there for you", a glad popsong who makes you think of Hansonīs Mmmbop.
- Our inspirations are Beatles, Beach Boys and Michael Jackson.
They donīt have any girlfriends for the moment.
- No, but weīre not completely unexperienced, Bob says with a mysterious look.
All four degrees that it wouldnīt be fair to a girlfriend, to never be home.
- The girl wantīs you to be there she is. We travels alot and we canīt have a girlfiend in every country!
