This page is dedicated to one of the closest creatures to have been in my life...my dog Tammy. My family brought Tammy into our house when I was 5 years old and she became my best friend. On Saturday March 29th of 1997 she had to be put to sleep. She was nearly 14 years old and she had lost too much muscle mass in her back legs to walk. Since then, not a day has passed that I have not thought of her. I have made this page in memory of Tammy and for anyone that has lost a pet and is still grieving the loss. Animals love us unconditionally and that makes it easier to grow close to them. Losing a pet that was as close as a family member can hurt even more than losing a relative. I'd like to hear from anyone who can relate to losing a beloved animal or to anyone who has a Golden Retriever. I'll update pictures regularly so please come back and please email me.

This was Tammy's couch. She wasn't allowed to get on it but its hard to resist a face like that.

I may have been 7 or 8 years old in this picture. Tammy was about 3.
