How to tag an unmarked :
This is a simple thing to do just send the lic plate
number and make/model and colour of the unmarked in question and i will
put you name/alias next to you trophie .

For obivous reasons i will not be held up to this
information being true or not these numbers may/maynot be wrong . This
is just a list for informational perposes and musn't be used in god knows
what way its here for intrest sake.
