Where if they would have to keep that the participation of teachers in this type of event would fit, if were carrying of diplomas in mechatronic engineering and of engineering of control and automation due the recent one would not carry of the MEC (1994) did not compactuou the formation of no engineer in control and automation that has doctor level, therefore to be come close to add the first formations in (1994 + 5 years = 1999), more pos graduation in three years at least, in would give a 2002 total to them and more the doctor one in at least four years, a final total of 2006 the corresponding year, to which if could have in the work market any engineer with doctor. Thus the event in 2003 would be declassified and deprived of characteristics for not having been taken care of the rules of its real formation!
Reason n. 04 ? For the fulfilment lack the rules of the event of War of Robots? in 2003 (cf. reason 03) it can say that this event in attendance the originalidade as it was in 2001, not to be declassified, becoming this improper and not inserted event in the habitual "War of Robots! For good, the organizations of the Unicamp in 2002, had not found viable to have awarding therefore will have rule in additions, thus nobody deserved the coveted goblet, mainly that the presence of Teacher Pastore did not become.
In 2003, it had awarding. Thus taking care of rules of games ol�mpicos we could thus to consider that it must have had the transmission of the goblet of the last winner, who was Teacher Pastore to the current orienting teacher, but did not have and nor so little was called for this pr�tica.

So that if they can materialize to the real molds to the this type of event, Teacher Pastore in 11 of October of 2003, came to create and to write in as if they must fulfill the rules for the year of 2004, for War of Robots? with originalidade and its had autenticidade.
Amongst other objectives of Teacher Pastore, it is to come to create events of War of Robots? in any Brazilian city, in any another type of institution, for being to deal with a playful, pleasant activity and that concepts of the school of the future are consumed, of the educational and industrial robotics, giving of this free form access to all types of citizens, independently of being university, only taking care of itself that in one it has equipped composed of integrant of the people, if can have as leader a mecatronic, being able to be one technician of average level for event in the average level and stops with leads experienced mechanics without having university teachers, thus all the people can participate and if he becomes Project Social.
